    Our main goal at Circle N Gunworks is to provide our customer with a top quality product made to their style and specifications. If you have any questions concerning the quality, fit or finish of any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will personally do my best to insure a great experience for you as our customer.

- If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within two weeks of receiving your package for a full refund (less shipping charges). We will make every attempt to issue a credit back to the credit card used to purchase the item, if that is not possible we will process and mail a refund via check.

- If you are sending an item back for a repair, we generally will complete a repair 3-6 days from the date we receive it.

If an item is beyond repair and must be replaced, it will be replaced with current production model and may vary from the original product including the leather backer.
